Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivered to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

  • Ensure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchanges

  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@aquaidea.com.au with details of the product and the defect.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email regarding the replacement process.
